Thinking Partner was founded by Vasin Oradidolchest, a professional certified coach with real-world corporate leadership track records.  Vasin works with clients at Board and C-level as leadership consultant and executive coach; as well as implementation partner at clients' team level. Vasin's industry experience includes Airlines, Automotive, Banking and Financial Services, FMCG, Heavy Industry, Internet Business & eCommerce, Retail, Research Think Thank, Telco, Family-Owned Businesses, and Government Sector.

Prior to working as executive coach and consultant, Vasin held senior leadership positions at various world-class companies such as Unilever, Microsoft, AstraZeneca, Korn Ferry (Hay Group).

Vasin held M.S. from Stanford University and B.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania.  He has also received executive education from Kellogg and INSEAD.
